Ford says thank you to Eckerle!

At the end of November 2021, Ford started to build the first Ford Fiesta MCA vehicles with Brose’s power motors. This date meant a tremendous change seen out of Ford’s view, as they could overcome the semi-conductor shortage and were finally able to produce vehicles.

As a result, hundreds of employees returned to the Ford Cologne production plant. Managers and co-workers could finally see loaded trains of brand new vehicles rolling out of the Cologne plant.

Brose received congratulations and gratefulness from the highest Ford Management for coming up with the idea of implementing non-DCU motors and supplying those just in time.

The management of Brose forwarded the congratulations of Ford in an official letter praising the Eckerle Group, on the first place Eckerle Romania. Without the outstanding efforts taken by each team member and the support of the colleagues, the production of vehicles would not have been possible.

We are proud of our colleagues! Keep up the good work also in the future!
