Annual Apprentice Excursion
Once a year, our apprentices come together for a special excursion designed to strengthen team spirit and encourage connections across all apprenticeship years.
The event provides an excellent opportunity for new apprentices to get to know the other apprentices and quickly become part of the team. Through shared activities, games, and informal conversations, valuable relationships are built that contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.
A particular highlight of the day was the barbecue, where everyone gathered to enjoy good food and spend time together. The combination of team activities, outdoor games, and social interaction created a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of memorable moments.
At ECKERLE, fostering a strong sense of community is an important part of our apprenticeship program. We believe that successful teamwork is built on trust, mutual support, and strong connections between colleagues. Events like this help create exactly that and strengthen the cohesion that is so important within our company.
The annual apprentice excursion is therefore much more than just a day out—it is an investment in teamwork, collaboration, and the positive culture that defines ECKERLE.
