In this area, the Eckerle Group uses transfer systems of different manufacturers and creates designs depending on the quantities, process or product applications.
The individual stations can be concatenated as manual workstations, as well as automatic processing and test stations. For us, the integration of handling and robot systems is as natural as the integration of process-specific systems, such as ultrasonic technology, welding technology, soldering technology, marking systems, image processing systems etc.
The complex systems are discussed by our competent employees and the customers, solutions are suggested and concepts created. After that, we construct the plants with the individual stations and details. Mounting and commissioning are carried out nationally, as well as internationally.
A subsequent conversion or retrofitting (modernisation and expansion of production plant) is also possible. We have the necessary expertise in the electrical and control equipment from different suppliers. We also provide competent consulting and create individual offers for "scaling", the upgrade of production facilities depending on changes in the production volume - from manual workplace to manually chained workplaces, to semi-automatic and fully-automatic systems.
